The ordering process was smooth and easy.Once my frame were received I was informed every step of the process, I ordered my lenses around the holidays so it took a little extra time but it was completely worth the wait. I went to the mall to get eyeglass lens replaced and got a price of $400. Replacement Lens Express did it for $49! After I mailed the frames, I received several emails letting me know they received my package, they were working on the replacements and then they were being shipped. Great communication! Will be using this company again.
