Great service, just need a little more detail
Great service. Just wish there was more detail about the specific frame type(s). Had to do a separate search on AI for each type and style to try to find a preferred preference. Just a thought

Not medium yellow
I was told you could get real close to a medium yellow for shooting glasses. You did try but its not a medium. Very light yellow is what I got. If you can do darker I would be interested but not at the same price. Looks like you do good work otherwise .

When I ordered my replacement lens it took more than a week to get any response. Once I received the instructions for the order things went very well

Product and service were top notch
Product and service were top notch, including the total turn around time. The only way it could be improved is to include a post-paid shipping label to send my glasses in to be re-lensed. Considering the total cost, omitting that feels like penny-pinching.
