Thank you for your feedback. We’ve checked our records and couldn’t find any order or inquiry under your name. However, we want to address your concerns clearly and respectfully: 1. Lenses: The lenses we sell are 100% original Ray-Ban, as we purchase them directly from Luxottica, the official manufacturer. The differences you describe (like engraving position or color tone) may sometimes vary slightly depending on manufacturing batches or updates from Ray-Ban themselves — but rest assured, they are not replicas or fakes. 2. Screwdriver: The precision screwdriver included is specifically designed for eyewear adjustments, but we understand that some frames may have very tight or worn screws. We're truly sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations — and we're happy to offer a solution if you contact us directly. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team — we’re always here to help and ensure you’re satisfied. 🕶️✨📦
