2nd order - not so happ
So after being perfectly satisfied with my first purchase, I decided to buy a 2nd pair of replacement lenses for my Ray Ban 8313s. Unfortunately you have not sent me what I ordered. I ordered 58cm lenses and you have sent me 61cm. I have been in contact but I am yet to receive a reply. Can someone please contact me or supply me a solution in what I can do next please?

Great service Really easy to order
Really easy to order. They came relatively quickly and were easy to fit into my frames

The legs (temples) were supposed to be…
The legs (temples) were supposed to be exact replacements for my glasses but generic versions showed up, and for another glasses model so they still didn't fit.

Order not received and no response from company in 4 months
I ordered replacement lenses in October, tracking shows they have been sitting in customs since 11/2/25. I sent numerous messages asking them to resend the lenses or to refund my money. Neither have been done. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received and would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Exact replacement
If shipping to the USA it will take a little longer but worth the quality of replacement. 👍👍

Excellent product, matches original
Delivery was a bit too long to the US, but apart from that the product is excellent. Easy to fit, looks great and matches the original for a cheap price.
