I received the wrong glasses without prescription and they don’t even fit closely. Delivery time also way too long
Response from Replacementlenses.netJun 23, 2026
Dear Andrej, Thank you for your review. We take all customer feedback seriously, but we must be transparent with all readers: we have no record of any order or complaint under your name in our system. We process prescription lenses through a strictly verified workflow — it is not possible for an order placed with a prescription to be shipped without one. If you have genuinely purchased from us, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and prioritise a solution immediately. Best regards,
Suta P.
Positive: it was cheaper than buying it directly from the manufacturer. Negative: delivery took really long and the lense had a small scratch.
Response from Replacementlenses.netJun 23, 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback, Suta. 🙏 We’re glad you found a more affordable option compared to buying directly from the manufacturer, but we’re sorry that delivery took longer than expected and that the lens arrived with a small scratch. That is not the experience we want for our customers. We always aim to provide quality replacement lenses that help give glasses a second life at a better price, and we appreciate your comments as they help us improve both our shipping process and product checks. 🕶️📦 Thank you for your trust, and we’ll be here if you need any further help.
