Ho ordinato a fine Luglio un paio di stecche per occhiali da bambino. La prima spedizione non è mai arrivata, mi informano che organizzano una seconda spedizione. Nel frattempo è già passato un mese e avendo bisogno delle stecche le acquisto altrove. Ricevo la seconda spedizione ma chiedo di fare il reso e si rifiutano dicendomi che prima dovevano finire di investigare dove fosse finita la prima spedizione. Sollecito diverse volte, rispondono che ancora stanno investigando. Alla fine non hanno neanche più risposto. Reso mai avvenuto.
