Sent the wrong lenses and then blamed me.

Sent the wrong lenses and then tried to blame anything they could except admitting they sent the wrong size lenses. They tried to blame the glasses and even me, that I swapped them. I sent pictures with a micrometer showing they are clearly wrong. They just kept blaming other things. I would not use. They are a scam. I’d even pay for them. I told them that. They still kept blaming me or the frames were deformed. Even though the incorrect lenses were sent. Do not use if you want any honesty. And for some reason replacementlenses flagged this review as containing harmful or illegal content. Also, the evidence they requested proved they were the wrong lenses. Not sure why they requested if they are not willing to honor?

Dear Steven, We are sorry that you are dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify some important points. You contacted us regarding this issue approximately eight months after receiving your order. At that stage, the original packaging, product label and Ray-Ban documentation were no longer available, which makes it extremely difficult to verify the exact product originally received. We did not refuse to investigate your claim. The photographs and measurements you provided were reviewed, and we asked for additional information precisely because we needed to understand and document what had happened before reaching a conclusion. Requesting evidence in order to investigate a product issue is not blaming the customer. We also strongly reject the statement that our company is “a scam”. We are a legitimate business and we take product and customer service issues seriously. We remain willing to review any documentation that can help us verify the original product supplied and clarify what happened. Best regards,
