The communication is nearly impossible because it is email only!!!!
If you have a problem with receiving the books you ordered it is nearly impossible to get a resolution because the only communication they offer is by email....There is no customer service telephone number!! I ordered books a month ago and still have not received them.

horrible book
I order a book for my masters program. The book arrived in nice packaging but when I open the package the book had no binder and held together by 6 rubber bands which I took pics of. I am very disappointed by this and paid $50 to rent thIs so called book. The book has no binder at all and the pages are all over the place with card board in between which I'm not sure what this us suppose to be doing. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Book for master's degree
My book for my master's degree arrived in excellent condition. It's used, and contains a few highlights and notes, but it will be an excellent resource.
