I am very happy of the shape my books came in but I was not happy that they just left them on my doorstep. I live in an apartment and anyone could have just taken them. I requested it be left at the leasing office and it was not.

The books I requested was sent fast. Although I'm renting these books they're in excellent condition. Thanks for doing a awesome job of sending this book before my class started.

I ordered the book on 4/2/2015 and still waiting. I had asked for express, but, when I went to pay for the order it must have slid back to pony express delivery. Today is 4/9/2015 and still waiting. The tracking had originally said that it would be delivered on Wednesday, 4/8. A few days later it went to Monday, 4/13. Last night it said Friday, 4/9. I'm hoping I get it before my class ends Mid May. I'm going to rate it 2 stars for now as I'm still waiting.

Overall a good experience with one exception, I paid for 3 day shipping and did not recieve my book for 10 days.
