The book I requested arrived on time and was in a very good condition. Then returning the book was a very straightforward process and finally I got a notification saying that they received the book back and they sent me a rebate check. I really like rentbooks! It makes studying so much easier and affordable!

I received book. Paperwork said good condition. Pages were good but wrapped with a rubber band. So I put in a binder. I hope I can mail it back with binder so stays nice. Wouldn't consider it good condition as it came.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I have noted your order with that information. I also applied a 10% refund to your payment method due to the condition of the book. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please let us know via email at [email protected].

Pricing was good, I ordered 3 books, but 1 was incorrect, they corrected very fast, but I needed the book ASAP, so I had to buy one. If you order, give yourself couple of weeks for delivery and possible solutions.

This is my first time renting a text book and it came very fast and in excellent condition. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

I ordered books because my financial aid wasn't accepted as yet. To my dismay, I ordered the books here on rent books because it was way cheaper than my bookstore at campus. I ordered it on Thursday and it shipped out on Friday. I paid for express which is 3 to 5 days and it has already passed 5 day and I still haven't received my books. I went ahead and bought the books because if I didn't have them by thursday I would be dropped from my class. I will be returning these books as soon as they come to my house. I no longer need them. For me to have paid express shipping and it not even be here was a waste of money..
Class is in S.
I will be happy to rate rentbooks.com when I receive my product.

I rented two books for a class. They were ordered on a Thursday and I didn't receive them until the following Thursday. Coming from distribution center background I am very familiar w/shipping of product. I was surprised because of how long it took to get my books, especially when I only rented them for 60 days and 8 days passed before I got them in my hands. I feel the clock should not count down until they are received by the customer.
