Said it would come in 7-10 days. It's funny, the day after I ordered two books from Rentbooks, I ordered another book from Chegg. The one from Chegg came in three days tops. The one I ordered last arrived first. And of course the books that I really needed were the ones that came later. But if there's ones good thing about Rentbooks, it's the prices. I feel the question when ordering from Rentbooks is do you want to spend a few classes being that kid without the book for a cheaper price.

Ordered My text book thinking it would come with all of the material needed for the class, Nowhere did I see saying that it was missing one of the discs. Emailed them about it and they wouldnt fix it, because I was dumb and ordered it that way

I had just wanted to rent my books this semester seeing as I'll only need them for one class, and probably never again. So I rented my books through you guys, and I didn't get my access code when it says the access code would be with it. Now I can't even do my assignments until I purchase an access code. There's no phone number to actually contact anyone, and I have to chat with someone online like a chat room and I don't even know if they're real or a robot. All around frustrated. I don't have what I need and I spent good money on what I thought I was getting... Especially on a rental. And the only thing the guy online did for me was give me a shipping label to ship the book back. I need the book! And I needed you guys to give me the access code like it says it has. Sadly, I won't use you again, and I won't recommend you either.

I ordered a textbook, was not a problem if it was used--some writing inside, bent pages, etc. would have been fine. The book was missing all of Chapter 5 , which will be a problem for the next assignment and I am thinking that I will probably just return the book and go buy another book. Also, I requested Expedited shipping, but got Standard shipping so we did get the book luckily in 5 days, but that was the day my daughter's assignment was due, so we barely made it! I did send a message and got a quick response, so that was awesome. They are refunding the extra shipping cost and that is very much appreciated. Overall, not a good experience😕

Ordered a NEW, current edition, textbook that was described as "exactly the same as the student edition." I knew I was ordering a teacher edition but description did not say MindTab access code is NOT included. The student edition has a MindTab (online resources) access code, so this product is not "exactly" the same (I discovered after waiting 1 1/2 weeks for arrival). If MindTap detail was made clear in the description I could have selected differently. MindTap access as a separate purchase is a whopping $80.

Website was helpful. I still have not recieved my book due to the mail carrier RentBooks goes through.

The book that was received was in poor condition. Pictures were taken of the book to safeguard against being accused of damaging the book once it's returned.

Paid for expedited shipping and haven't received my book within the time frame. Not happy with that especially since I paid for the faster shipping and the website said 3-5 business days. It's the 6th day and still haven't got the book.
