This is a great service!! My book was here in a blink if an eye and in good condition. Inside there are instructions how to return book when I'm done. It really is about 75% cheaper this way. I'm getting note books from there in the fall. Thank you!!

Received book quickly, but had issues with bill. Amt of receipt did not match credit card. 1 800 number referred you back to website, but no live person. DId get email back saying difference was tax amount. suggestion - put full amount on receipt and have active 1 800 number. Doubt if will use your co again.

The lack of a phone number, and lack or timely response on orders is terrible. They start your time for the book the moment your put in the order; although it could feasibly be processed until the next business day... so I am thinking if you place it Friday or Saturday night well after the store is closed your rental time starts then even though they won't ship it to you until the following business day. Not to mention that if you choose the typical mail system it'll at least be 7 business days before you get the material... rip off

The book came in like new condition. The shipment was very fast. I had a really nice experience and will be using them again for my next term book rental.

Was delivered in a weak box in the rain. When I got home from work the paperback book was damaged. Pages were soaked, stuck together and torn. I would not recommend to anyone.

Within two minutes of ordering, I notified customer service via e-mail that the website automatically switched my shipping option after I had already selected the more expedited option. No one did anything about it, and my class started today. I just checked the tracking, and my book will not be here until Thursday. I am going to be 5 chapters behind by then. I should have just used Chegg, but I went with you, because you are cheaper. Fix your website, and get some customer service, because you are affecting people's lives!
