The books I just rented for this semester you have it must be returned 7 days..... the semester Just began Pls fix this or my account will be billed gain!!!1 I have tried to get it fixed for 3 weeks now. I have been trying to reset my password for 2 days now and I have not received ANYTHING in my email!!! I have also contacted them by email and received no link for a password reset. Also, I hate the fact that there is no number to reach someone when you need assistance. Who wants to correspond through email when you have to wait FOREVER to get a response.

I like that I can rent books for a lot cheaper than buying. But my order was supposed to be here by June 29th and has still not arrived 3 days later.

This is the only way to get college materials. college bookstores have so overpriced EVERYTHING that the materials are 1/3 of the course. Rentbooks makes it easy, they provide the box to mail it in, the book and give you pleanty of time to return materials. this is easy, quickly mailed to you and saves the aggravation of high costs.
