Excellent support
Excellent support, questions answered quickly using the messaging. Refills are always on time, except for weather delays, and that is out of their control. Ample time with the doctor. I have recommended Renew to several people since finding a local doctor is extremely difficult.

Too Expensive (hidden fees)
After ordering your already expensive product and paying too much for the initial fees, I found that I have to pay for the labs and doctor (both too expensive) again in 6 weeks and then again every 6 months. The telehealth doctor took 10 minutes and the labs are done at Quest which I could have paid for myself at a much lower cost (I've done this in the past). I've calculated your monthly cost to be $371 ($4461 per year )which I've since compared and found same product and service for $129 per month. Also you wouldn't even provide me with the actual prescription which I paid for! you only offered a worthless copy. Needless to say, I'm not satisfied with you. your process is fine and your people are fine but you're way too expensive.

Regarding the concerns cited relative to pricing, we want to make clear that detailed pricing information is provided to all prospective clients in advance of their becoming a Renew Youth client. Contrary to what is indicated in the review, that information includes how often various expenses will occur (e.g. lab testing). Further, our process is very linear when it comes to onboarding new clients, such that the process cannot move forward until the above mentioned pricing has been provided to the prospective client. In short, we work hard to ensure there are no surprises when it comes to the costs involved with treatment, and our goal is complete transparency in this regard. Having said that, if a prospective client chooses to move forward without actually reading information we have provided to them, of course that is their prerogative.
As to lab fees specifically, we believe ours to be very competitive—certainly less than if someone were to go directly to the lab company. And regarding the reviewer’s comment on the length of his initial appointment, how long our physicians spend with our clients during appointments depends a lot on the client. Our physicians have comprehensive charts in hand prior to appointments. So, the length of any particular appointment is driven largely by whether or not the client has questions. If there are no questions, appointments may be on the shorter side. If there are questions or factors that warrant further discussion, appointments may be longer. Each appointment is as unique as the client in attendance.
Finally, we pride ourselves on providing treatment that is comprehensive, effective, and safe. And we do not cut corners. The reviewer indicates he found “the same product and service for $129 per month”. That simply isn’t possible. There are costs associated with providing quality treatment, and at that amount something significant is being compromised. Plus, the cost of our program varies based on the clients goals. We have never claimed to be the cheapest option available (nor do we wish to be). We do, however, believe we are the best at what we do, and that our clients are receiving the best possible value for what they are spending.
While we wish we could have met the reviewer’s expectations, we understand and accept that we aren’t a perfect fit for everyone seeking treatment, particularly when decisions are being driven primarily by cost. With that said, we wish the reviewer nothing but luck in finding a provider that can meet his needs.

Where do I start
Where do I start? I paid for expedited shipping only to find out that the pharmacy would take 3 to 5 days before it shipped and then another two or three to get here. Not happy about that. Next, it takes far too long for anyone to get back to me when I Have a question. Usually 2 to 3 days. Then there’s the price. The price for Sermorelin is higher than several other sources I found online. I definitely feel positive affects from the supplements I’ve been prescribed, but the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Regarding response times from our team, we reviewed the communications history within your account in detail. That review confirmed that our team has reliably responded to communications that we received from you within 1 business day (often within the same business day). On two occasions, an inquiry was received from you on a Friday or over a weekend, and our team responded to you by the following Monday.
It appears the order referenced in your review was placed on a Friday at the end of the business day (at 4:39 pm), so it would not have been processed until the following Monday. To ensure there aren't misunderstandings when it comes to medication orders, our order confirmations state clearly, "Please remember that it takes 3-5 business days for the pharmacy to prepare your medications prior to shipping." While we understand you asked for expedited shipping on this order, that would only affect how long the order is in transit with FedEx or UPS (not the pharmacy's preparation time). In this case, the order left the pharmacy within 2 business days, which is within the designated time frame.
