Canceled my membership and they want me to pay last payment amount of $284, but not send me my last dose of testosterone. So they want me topay for nothing with no concern of me weening of t untill my levels normal out. Thanks doc i guess you can quit cold turkey. Its a joke the docs are like a 5 min appointment where they ask how you feel? Thats it. Dont care about their patients just a money train untill there business model is replaced by better companies. Its like medical marijuana cards for hormones you dont need it but makes you feel like your more legit.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding your membership and prescription.
We have reached out to you directly to better understand the situation and address your concerns. To clarify, a membership is not required to remain a Renew Youth client. Memberships are often selected by clients because they provide cost savings and help amortize certain expenses over time.
Once a membership is canceled, clients still have access to order from any active prescriptions they have, subject to the terms and status of those prescriptions. We’re happy to review your specific situation with you directly and work toward providing clarity, and find a solution that meets your satisfaction.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and hope to resolve this with you directly.

I have been a Renew Youth customer for…
I have been a Renew Youth customer for a long time. This 6 month lab test cycle took 10 days for lab results and 4 days for doc review and RX refill. This has been a 3-5 day process in the past. Since I was out of meds the unexpected delays in this process effected me considerably.
Response from Renew YouthJun 25, 2026
Thank you for being a long-time Renew Youth client and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during your recent lab test and prescription renewal process.
While it is unfortunate to receive a 1-star review for delays that originated with the national laboratory processing your results, we believe in taking ownership of the entire client experience from start to finish. Regardless of where the delay occurred, we understand that the lapse impacted you, and for that we are truly sorry.
We also want to note that we build extra time into our recommended lab testing schedule specifically to help prevent medication interruptions in the unlikely event of delays with laboratory processing or other parts of the review process. We strongly encourage clients to complete their lab testing on schedule so there is sufficient time for results, provider review, and prescription fulfillment.
Our team has reached out directly to make this right. We value your many years with Renew Youth and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Thank you for your continued trust in our team.

Dr Money is only about the Money
Dr Money is only about the Money. I made an appointment at 9pm, which I thought was a bit strange, I was home and forgot. Dr Money charged me $300 for my missed appointment. I was good with her charging me, but $300. I can not recommend this place or her as a Dr. I am a widow and work over 40 a week to get by. It took me over a whole shift to pay for me forgetting. No reminder or text either.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to miss an appointment and then be charged a fee, especially when you’re working hard and balancing a busy schedule.
Our missed appointment policy is in place because late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients who may need care. The fee associated with missed appointments is outlined when appointments are scheduled, and we strive to be consistent and fair in applying this policy.
We’d also like to clarify that appointment times are selected by clients based on their availability. We offer a wide range of appointment options, including evening hours, to accommodate individuals across multiple time zones and varying schedules.
It's unfortunate that we received a one star review for a client missing an appointment, when our service was otherwise satisfactory. We value every patient and the trust they place in us. our practice. We’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and see if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns. Please feel free to contact our office so we can look into this further.

Don’t use this place
Don’t use this place! They’re way too expensive and they’re shady! They charged me for lab work that was supposed to be part of my monthly membership leaving me $60 for Christmas! They charged me with NO warning! Is this what you want? Also, I never got my medication on time n went several days without it on several occasions! What’s the point of being on medication if you have breaks in getting it on time? This happened multiple times and one time I didn’t get my medication at all but I certainly paid for it! I have since left this scam organization! If anyone wants a legitimate referral to an amazing doctor that doesn’t price gauge you please let me know.

All decisions relative to any clients are made based upon well-established business practices. We are indeed sorry to see things end this way.
It is important to note that the membership plan referenced in the individual’s review was discontinued. At that time, it was clearly communicated in writing that upon discontinuation of any membership plan, all services going forward (if the client wished to continue with us) would be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.
With this in mind, and as indicated in the post, this individual elected to continue with having lab work done well after the membership cancellation. Please note that all clients are notified of what the fee would be for lab tests before having them done and are charged accordingly once results are received.
We acknowledge that there were two orders that shipped late within the last 6 months. When this occured we financially compensated for the orders in question, but we also adjusted shipping timelines to prevent any future delays. While mistakes of this nature do happen from time to time, we actually look upon these rare occurrences as being opportunities to show our integrity by making things right.
With that said, the statements made within this review are fundamentally inaccurate to what has transpired, and are inconsistent with our client-centric approach to doing business. In this case, this individual wanted to continue receiving services that had previously been covered under a membership plan that had been canceled, and then wanted to continue receiving those services free of charge.
We stand by our 27-year history as a client-centered business, and we encourage readers to consider the many positive experiences that have been shared by others.

Greed is taking over…
Will probably have to discontinue use as greed and exploitation are making prices so high I will not be able to continue with the program...it's like what happened after coronavirus where everyone blamed COVID for price hikes, now everyone will try to blame tariffs...but it's just plain greed in this case. These companies know the devastating effects aging can have on your body and energy level, etc...and they know there are no other options available to address these issues which means we have no choice but to pay their high prices or suffer the misery of aging...I can't speak for anyone else but the cost of the 5 prescriptions I take have definitely gone up.

First, thank you for being a valued client for so many years. We truly appreciate your loyalty and the trust you have placed in us over time.
We completely understand that price increases can be frustrating, particularly in today’s economic climate. However, your feedback has us a bit confused, because we have not changed our prices in over a decade. Not during Covid, and not now.
We will reach out to you to ensure there hasn't been a misunderstanding of some sort. And we are also happy to discuss treatment options that may better fit your budget. Ultimately, we'd hate to see you go after such a long partnership.

Contaminated Injectable Medication
I've been a customer of Renew Youth (RY) for several years. Recently, I received a vile of injectable Testosterone Cypionate from Hallandale Pharmacy (HP), through an order placed with Renew Youth (RY). Since I've been injecting Testosterone Cypionate for several years, I'm very familiar how I should feel after each injection. After a dose on 02/17/2025, I felt lethargic, run down/tired, and somewhat ill. I was aware something was not right with how I felt. I happened to examine the Testosterone Cypionate vial and noticed that the medication was cloudy and not clear as usual. I immediately notified HP and RY with concerns of medication contamination. Both notifications yielded no response. I followed up on 03/04/2025 and requested a new vial of Testosterone or a refund. All requests made were denied. Michael Mcnight of RY seemed to lay blame on me for mishandling the medication, which is a complete inaccurate mindset, as well as insulting. I now receive my prescriptions from a local urologist. To my surprise Renew Youth and/or Hallandale Pharmacy have been charging me 2 to 3 times more for my prescriptions than what I'm charged at CVS and a local compounding pharmacy. It's an insult when you are over charged for medication. But when your given contaminated medication and the providers, Renew Youth and Hallandale Pharmacy, are dismissive/ambivalent of one's concerns, it's safe to say no one should do business with either healthcare provider. My next complaint is with the FDA and state officials.
After reading the Renew Youth statement, I would like to add that the medication box was not opened as well as the vial seal broken until 02/17/2025. Per a licensed physician, there is shelf life associated with the discussed medication which exceeds the time associated with Renew Youths statement. Additionally, if Renew Youth was/is as concerned for their client's well-being as they state, they would have handled this issue immediately with replacement medication or a refund.
Response from Renew YouthMar 6, 2025
We take all concerns seriously and strive to maintain the highest level of quality and service for our clients. Please allow us to address a few points to clarify the situation:
The reviewer received the above mentioned order of testosterone on 11/20/24, but did not communicate his concerns to us until 2/20/25. We can confirm that the reviewer also communicated with the pharmacy on 2/20/25; but again, this would have been a full three months after the vial was received. Nothing was communicated to either of us any sooner than that. The challenge here is that we have no way of knowing precisely what happened to that particular vial of testosterone during this three-month period with regard to storage and handling. [Please note that we are referencing the specific medication in question because the reviewer specified it in his review.]
As to the remainder of the review...we pride ourselves on providing hormone replacement and healthy aging treatments that include best in class expertise, protocols, and service. Certainly the urologist/CVS combination is another option; but the protocols, expertise, and oversight are likely to be limited when utilizing these resources. Our clients choose to work with us because they’re looking for the comprehensive and personalized approach that is our specialty.

The restrictions are way too tight on…
The restrictions are way too tight on the testosterone. Even though I had 2 refills left with an expiration in early Feb, I was not able to order until Jan 27 (still leaving 1 refill left). Of course, I still have not received the testosterone and am completely out.
Response from Renew YouthFeb 4, 2025
Because testosterone is a controlled substance, how and when it can be dispensed is 100% driven by federal law. Per those federal laws, pharmacies cannot dispense a refill for a controlled substance until the patient has more or less consumed their current supply of medication (based upon the dosing written on their prescription). These laws are in place to ensure patients cannot accumulate a surplus of medication.
Having said that, it should generally be the case that patients do not run out of medication prior to their next refill being dispensed, so long as they are taking their medication as prescribed. Also, we provide layers of redundant communication to our clients relative to these federal laws (and the limitations they impose) so our clients know what to expect.
We know these federal restrictions can be frustrating. We'll reach out to you directly to see if there's anything more we can do to help.

You up charged my blood test at…
You up charged my blood test at Labcorp. I know for a fact their tests do not cost $255.00 which is what you billed me for . Additionally I used my insurance for this last test, so I should be receiving the bill. I will be looking for a new provider.
Response from Renew YouthDec 20, 2024
We were extremely disappointed to receive this review (to say the least), as we work very hard to ensure there are no surprises for our clients when it comes to insurance, or the costs involved with treatment.
In particular, the documentation we provide before someone becomes a client includes detailed pricing information. That same documentation also provides clear information as to what to expect relative to insurance. Our process is such that it is impossible for someone to become a client until they have received this information.
We also believe our lab fees to be very competitive (and definitely less than if someone were to go directly to the lab company). It's also worth noting that this individual lab tested with us two times prior to this time and never indicated having an issue with the fees.
Having said all that, it still saddens us that we were not able to meet your expectations. If you have any suggestions as to how we could have better presented the above mentioned information to you, please don't hesitate to let us know. Misunderstandings are the very last thing we want.
