Potential that Fell Short of Expectations 1- It took a lot longer than expected to get started after I requested the service. 2- Most of the "coaching" was coming from the customer service rep instead of a qualified physician. 3- Unfortunately, I felt worse after 6 weeks on the medication. I would have gone back to adjust, but my local doctor was able to write a Rx for compounded medication for much less money (and a lot faster response time)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please know that our team works closely with our physicians to provide the expert guidance and effective protocols that are central to our treatment programs. While our experienced team of health advocates do handle a lot of the communication and coordination associated with treatment, rest assured that everything we do is physician-supervised. You have our sincerest apologies if the timing involved with lab testing, having an appointment with one of our physicians, and ordering medications was not sufficiently communicated to you. While we do our best to expedite each of these steps, we stand by the fact that each of them is essential for the proper and safe execution of treatment. Likewise, we're sorry if we didn't adequately communicate how long it can take for dosing to be dialed in for optimal symptom relief, and why the adjustments that take place during those earlier weeks of treatment are so important. All of the above is why our team is always available to discuss progress at any time and as needed. We're always just a phone call, email, or message away. If we can be of any further assistance to you--now or at any point in the future--please don't hesitate to let us know. We're happy to help in any way we can.

lab orders need to be ordered before my new meds are mailed to client
Response from Renew YouthApr 1, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We understand how important timing is when it comes to lab work and medication management. As you know, lab work is ordered at very predictable intervals that follow a pre-set schedule. Since you place your own medication orders, the timing around when you order your medications is ultimately up to you. Having said that, our team is always happy to provide any guidance needed to help you stay on track. If you have any questions about timing or process, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

The employees that work with you are very caring and work with you to get you the proper medications for your needs. You do need to ask them the details on the cost of the products, timing and costs of testing and their approach to how they determine dosage.
