Thanks much for your feedback. Our team puts a lot of effort into making sure prospective clients are fully aware of all costs associated with treatment prior to actually starting treatment. We do not want there to be any surprises in this regard, so complete transparency is our goal. We will reach out to you to see if there is anything more we could have done to communicate this information to you. With that said, we understand we are not the least expensive option available to people pursuing hormone therapy. We do, however, feel that we provide the very best value in terms of quality, expertise, results, comprehensiveness, service, etc. As to the requirement for regular lab testing: As you know, our clients are required to lab test at least two times per year, with spot checking in between when dosages are adjusted. We believe strongly that lab testing regularly is essential for treatment to be both safe and effective. While we understand that regular lab testing can be somewhat inconvenient, we stand by our protocols relative to lab testing and the degree of oversight we provide to our clients.

We take all concerns seriously and strive to maintain the highest level of quality and service for our clients. Please allow us to address a few points to clarify the situation: The reviewer received the above mentioned order of testosterone on 11/20/24, but did not communicate his concerns to us until 2/20/25. We can confirm that the reviewer also communicated with the pharmacy on 2/20/25; but again, this would have been a full three months after the vial was received. Nothing was communicated to either of us any sooner than that. The challenge here is that we have no way of knowing precisely what happened to that particular vial of testosterone during this three-month period with regard to storage and handling. [Please note that we are referencing the specific medication in question because the reviewer specified it in his review.] As to the remainder of the review...we pride ourselves on providing hormone replacement and healthy aging treatments that include best in class expertise, protocols, and service. Certainly the urologist/CVS combination is another option; but the protocols, expertise, and oversight are likely to be limited when utilizing these resources. Our clients choose to work with us because they’re looking for the comprehensive and personalized approach that is our specialty.
