Terrible a pressured filled sale when I asked for quote to be emailed 3 times never came wanted to come in person and pressure sale.

Renewal by Andersen is an overpriced company that should spend less money on incessant commercials and concentrate on doing the right thing by their customers. I spent nearly 17k for 5 regular windows, a storm and entry door. The door looks like I picked it up at Home Depot and got a handyman to install. The hardware is horrible and the door was damaged. When I complained, they would NOT do the right thing and simply replace the hardware with an upgrade, which I was never offered. I had to pay almost $500 more and the lock is still not right. DO NOT WASTE your money. It's all hype. Spend a fraction and get better service.

I just had a window installation by the Andersen team at my moms house done today by Marvin#2 crew and we are beyond pleased with their service and completed work: They were patient, fast, efficient, thorough and clean! Thank you so much!

I can't speak for other peoples experience in other states but it sounds like they are rating salespeople and not the manufacturer. In Virginia, we used Renewal by Andersen by Mr. Rogers windows and doors and we could not be happier with the price and quality. I can't thank this company enough for their professionalism, expertise and customer compassion. After using them to replace my windows with RBAndersen, I hired them to replace my doors. I went with ProVia doors because of the ridiculous high quality. I was a little gun shy because the "big box" store had already replaced one door that was completely rotted out after 3 years. Partially because of poor quality door combined with poor workmanship by their sub-contractor. Yes the installation was quick and cheap and I deserve what I get....whatever. I learned my lesson. The entire process with MRW was truly professional from the custom designed through the installation workmanship. quality, quality quality. They took a pictures of my old doorways and worked with me in designing what the new doors would look like on the tablet computer. So glad I could do that because I almost picked the wrong color. The doors came in pretty quickly from the factory. Craig Bechthold and Zachary Owens where my installation team. These guys are true craftsman like you see on This Old House. Turned out one of my door frames was completely rotted at the structural header and studs. They didn't miss a beat in re-framing my doorway and still got the entire project done in one day. Now I'm a pretty accomplished builder myself, but even I was impressed at the advanced tooling, materials and equipment they carry on their traveling workshop. Craftsmanship + Proper tools = high quality. PRICE - very fair for this level of quality, peace of mind and quite frankly the way these doors transformed to beauty of my house is priceless. It's seldom when you can feel good about a home improvement investment but I'm very happy about this one. Thank you very much!

Heath was great. Nice and informative and well mannered, good salesperson too, but the prices are absolutely NEUROTIC. I mean 3x what I researched for an acceptable price. 10 grand for 2 doors? Third-party advertising no good never use them

It is virtually a scam. They charge fully TEN TIMES more for their windows than the next company's highest-quality vinyl windows. They argue that their plastic-wood composite is superior but 10X??? What a waste of time. They guy came by and went through this 2 hour process before he told me any numbers and finally he reveals that it's $120,000 for 19 windows. WHAT!!!! He then used some pressure sales techniques like an expiring discount, then admitted "nobody" ever signs if he doesn't get them to pay and sign on the spot. Because its a scam buddy. I suspect there may be a ponzi element. I was shocked and offended that they thought I was stupid and tried to rip me off.

We called this morning and spoke with Julie in service. She was so pleasant and arranged for Jose Landazuri a service tech to come by our home (within a hour). Jose was the most pleasant person. He diagnosed our problem quickly and efficiently. It was only a slight adjustment to our patio door, but José did it professionally and quickly. He even gave us some important tips for future care. Thank you Julie. Thank you Jose. Five stars!
