They suck total rip off they charged my 81 year old mother 30000 dollars for 9 windows and that was with 40% off. They think they installed Marvin. Windows suck!! Horrible lying company that take advantage of old people!! Feel free to call me Anderson 210-607-0108 I will let everyone know what a crooked company you are

On July 24th the first day of the job, I notified My Rep. Roger that the door locks were incorrect. It has been over 2 month and nothing has been done to fix the locks! My rep. Claimed he would fallow the project and make sure everything was done right, Roger has done very little to fix the issues. The double hung windows are missing the safety stops, the back door has the wrong glass, and the locks are wrong. I allowed them to install everthing as the installers said renewal by anderson would fix things and make it right. Nothing has been fixed.

Renewal by Anderson is a very good company who stands bt their commitment to the customer. I had a window repaired through the warranty process, and it was so easy. I called 1 time , and the rest was done by RBA. Christopher Baldridge showed up and knew exactly what he needed to do and had the needed repair products with him. The window was repaired and looking good in just a couple hours. I highly recommend Chris, and RBA for your doors, and window replacements.

Renewal by Andersen representive did not show up for our appointment. Received reminders from them and they don’t show. Wasted 3 hours waiting for them. No text, phone call or email saying they were not coming. I called to see where they were and was told they couldn’t do doors and shelved my evaluation. I called and made appointment for window replacements. There inter communication must lack follow through. Would not trust the Oklahoma City office at all.

They are liars and crooks. $6,500 per window. One of their Senior Design Consultants came to my home and insisted that hurricane-proof, steel-reinforced windows were required for my entire house, because he "can see salt water from some of my windows." He said it was "code." I later confirmed that it is not code: he lied. The appointment that they told me to allow 60-90 minutes took 160 minutes, mostly because he talked so much about his vast experience in COMMERCIAL windows. (My house is residential). Then he quoted me $188,000.00 for 29 windows (avg. $6,500 each) Then he pushed the high-pressure sales pitch: He could discount the $188k down to $129k, but only if I signed the contract within 24 hours. When I hesitated and told him that another company was coming to give me an estimate, he spent 10 MORE minutes unethically slandering them ("their previous owner bankrupted them, we will never hire anyone who has ever worked for them, their warranty is junk", etc) The last thing he did was ask me to give him a 10-out-of-10-star review. I would never consider hiring them for any project.

Buyer beware with this company. They operate through franchisees and when one of their companies disappears with your large deposit ($6k in my case), Andersen says don’t talk to us about it.

We purchased windows for our entire home 6 years ago. They were very expensive, but good. Here's the problem: the service is horrible! 3 months ago a small rock from our landscaper hit one of the larger windows, and it fell apart. They gave us a date they would be here to repair, and never showed up. We had verified the date a week ahead. We have called on other concerns....they are the worst! Do not waste your money on these guys!!!!
