Sandy
Pricey and uncomfortable
I had all of the windows in my home replaced by Andersen almost 3 years ago. It wasn't cheap. The winter they were replaced was relatively mild so I didn't notice too much of a problem. I did notice the heat in summer and called to ask for someone to come out and check that they were properly installed. A person did show up but he sounded pretty much like a robot with a memorized script that didn't address my issue. It boiled down to me getting the run around. I suffered through the following winter but this year, we are getting arctic fronts even before winter arrives and I'm really feeling it. It even feels breezy inside but its probably just my imagination. All I know is that I am cold and angry that I spent thousands only to be less comfortable than I was with 30+ year old windows. I therefore would not recommend Andersen.
