Worst company imaginable to work with. Our windows and sliding glass door were installed in July 1 2026, it's now October, 3 months later and they're still not done. Our kitchen window doesn't seal, it shifts back and forth. We are supposed to have a threshold for the sliding glass door, has never been installed. Every time we call we get no answers. Their customer service says they'll let the project manager know and we've never heard from him. Overpriced for what you get. DO NOT expect to get quality from this company.

Every day, this OVERLY LONG advert for this Window company make me violent. That women's voice alone is absolutely irriating, like a combo of overly enthusiastic and patronizing at the same time. To add insult to injury, they add multiple door bell ring sounds to the commercial, which sets my dog off barking each time. Companies that use doorbell or phone ring sounds in their commercials, deserve to meet up with Chapter 11. Based on reviews who have actually used their service, I'd say, stay away.

Being spammed, daily. Enough already. An email every day? Stop.

Initial contact was great. No customer service after initial meeting. Did not answer texts or emails. Needed to go with another company to get customer service.

We had a window break in the French door going to the patio. Renewal by Anderson gave us an estimate of $22,000 for the replacement of both doors. We had the broken glass replaced for $822. Enough said! Buyers beware………

Andersen doesn't provide a pricing list with all the add-ons for different features. This allows them to highball your price when adding features and low ball the customer when subtracting them. We purchased a number of windows with the elements the sales person said were needed and signed a contract. When the pre-installation inspector came, he decided that the sills, jambs and wood trim wasn't necessary because it would better to use the existing ones. When we received the adjusted contract for signing, it seemed to us that Andersen was lowballing the reduction. The sales rep could not provide a price list to justify such a small reduction. We would have been better off asking for the sales person to show the specific cost for everything listed on the contract. This process leaves us with a lot less confidence in Andersen as a honest and dependable company.
