They cancelled my reservation just before my arrival despite i called the office 2 hours before my pick up time to confirm the reservation. On arrival they said the system cancels the reservation automatically regardless i had paid in full for the 18 days . They offered another car with a price 4 times higher than my booking. Terrible customer service, left me stranded at the airport. Refusing refund.

BETRUG/ABZOCKE NICHT BUCHEN!!! Wir mussten heute 400 Euro für Kratzer an der Felge und an der Innenseite des Autos zahlen. Das ganze Auto war schon vorher voller Schäden. Trotz Video und Fotos hat sich die Dame geweigert zu erkennen, dass due Schäden vorher dort waren. Ich werde auf jeden Fall amAnzeige erstatten.

Sono costretto ad annullare la prenotazione sul sito rentalcars.com. Dopo messaggio di avvenuta cancellazione passano giorni e niente rimborso, li chiamo e mi dicono che dioende da hertz che non ha annullato. A me di questi dettagli non importa nulla, voglio i miei soldi indietro.

Malheureusement et sans doute suite à une erreur de votre logiciel, le document mentionnait également qu le véhicule avait une boîte manuelle. Elle a rejeté très agressivement mon argumentation : lors de la réservation sur votre site, c’était bien un véhicule hybride qui était mentionné et lorsque deux clauses sont contradictoire, c’est celle en faveur du client qui s’applique selon la loi française, lieu de la commande. Son supérieur est venu et a alors annulé ma réservation sans rien écouter Ce comportement me semble suffisamment grave pour vous le signaler de façon expresse Vous demander le remboursement des 99,70€ payés ainsi que celle de la caution qui m’a été prélevée Je me réserve à mon retour en France de faire également valoir le préjudice subi ( j’ai du rechercher un autre véhicule, et j’ai eu le sentiment d’avoir été humilié et traité comme un idiot) Sincèrement en colère la seule réponse obtenue au préjudice subi qui m'a conduit à devoir rechercher au dernier moment un véhicule à louer auprès d'une autre compagnie a été juste le remboursement de ma réservation. Avec le recul, et au vu de l'agressivité de la preposé et de son boss, je me demande si ce type de comportement : location d'une hybrid puis refus de la livrer n'est pas systématique dans cette compagnie

I booked through them a car to be picked up in Amman Jordan. After 10 hours plane trip to Amman airport, I didn’t find my reservation, I had to search for another car and paid extra amount. After checking with rentalcars they told me that it’s my mistake to book online ?! After two weeks I still didn’t the refund. Still waiting to get my money back

SERIOUS WARNING: Lej IKKE bil hos rentalcars.com. Do NOT rent your car at rentalcars.com. I have turned them into the police and consumer ombudsman. I recommend everyone to do the same! They have just cheated me for at huge amount. I rented a car through rentalcars.com to pick up in Copenhagen Airport. I booked online and paid the full amount up front. I received written confirmation from rentalcars.com that my car was reserved for me with information on where to pick up etc. Then the day after, I receive an e-mail from rentalcars.com that the price on the car that I had already paid and already received confirmation on, had suddenly gone up (2000 danish crowns more). They told me that if I didn’t pay the higher amount they would annull my reservation! I of course denied and explained that a deal had already been made, I had paid everything and had received confirmation. They did didn’t care and then annulled my reservation! Rentalcars.com WILL scam you! Do NOT trust rentalcars.com.

They confirmed the booking and 12 hours later (1 hour before our booking) they cancelled it by email, they didn´t phone in order to be sure that we were not going to pick the car up.... this was their communication the same day at 9 AM. Dear María , As it’s an extremely busy time of year, we’ve been unable to book your car in Bratislava Airport on 26-05-2024 10:00. So, we’ve cancelled your request, and we haven’t taken any money. If you’d like to visit Rentalcars.com again, I’m confident that you’ll find another car that’s just right for you. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Yours sincerely, Jacob

OKmobility and RENTALCARS....DON'T!!!! After more than 6 months we re still waiting for the refund that they promised to do after STEALING an amount for fuel that wasn't agreed on !!! Rentalcars, where we made the booking and paid the rent simply say they're not involved!! NEVER RENT A CAR FROM RENTALCARS AND OK MOBILITY
