Not very responsive with payroll concerns, already bumped my emails too many times about paycheck saying "in progress" for days but to no avail. Not recommended. Timelines are not realistic, no live support, processing is very slow

Onboarding was slow, no communication between the end EOR, which is not REMO. Lastly, and most importantly, they did not charge taxes correctly on a benefit. After the employee was terminated they came back to us for additional back taxes. The entire purposes of me using REMO was for tax compliance in a jurisdiction that I was unfamiliar with. They missed the mark

The customer service is really great. We operate in the US and Germany. Remofirst makes doing this so easy. Everyone is paid on time, no issues. Would highly recommend.

It's the first time I used this site and it's quite easy to use, and the customer service agent helped me super fast and in a really friendly way (I needed to change the withdraw method and had no idea how, they guided me thru the process all the way) So far, so great!

My employer from UK legally employed me in Finland via RemoFirst and it becomes my legal employer hence I have zero issue with Finnish Immigration System since all terms were accordance to Finnish Labour Laws. During onboarding I asked for couple of changes on the contract and there was full cooperation and the customer support chat was extremely fast and helpful.
