I'm in Germany and my employer doesn't have a legal entity here, so they hired me through RemoFirst. I like the fast client support and the user-friendly portal that makes it easy to access payslips and raise reimbursement and leave requests. I also appreciate the wide global coverage. It would be great to add the functionality to request and receive any documents through the portal, rather than email. Also, the current date when changes to apply for the current month's payroll is set is too early.

Payment was made in their system to pay contractor. Yet it has not gone through in several days. No one knows where it is. Know one is really helping. I get sent around to different people without information on how to get this individual paid. I would never recommend this company. Do NOT agree to use them, pay a higher price for something that actually works.

We use Remote First for payroll processing. Unfortunately, their support is extremely poor: responses are delayed, inaccurate, and commitments are often not kept. I definitely cannot recommend this company.

Payments stay as in progress for days. 24/5 or 24/7 support as they claim is not real. Webchat is constantly offline. Support tickets are not responded to. Makes you look incredibly incompetent with contractors and employees alike.
