Strong platform for employees, not so much for contractors. There isn't a way to front load payments, and the auto-generated payments in the platform aren't dependent on the contractors' actual hours - plus, the system generates duplicate payment requests. This means you have to be laser focused on making sure payments are correct before going through the process of invoicing yourself - and there's no direct bank integration, so you can expect delays between when you use your bank to pay the invoice and the time it shows up in your system. In other words, there's no way to ensure that your contractors are paid accurately and on time.
