Awful company. Do not buy the insurance. They will not honor it.

They sent me an empty bottle of Bulleit Rye in a group of 4 bottles. There were not signs of leakage on box. They shipped it empty. The price was great, but now I know why. They keep some of the product for themselves. They claimed to file insurance claim, but never did. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

I placed an order for 4 bottles of Cognac July 16, they shipped them via UPS and required a signature. All other UPS orders to my building never had an issue but this time UPS claimed 1st, they could not enter the building because of the security code; I called and provided them with the code. Next time UPS said it would deliver between 10:15am and 1:15pm, at 1:30pm they changed the time to "by 7:00pm" so I could not be there. Next attempt same thing, first between 10:15am and 1:15pm, at 1:30 they again changed the time; once more I made plans based on the initial delivery window. In the last attempt, exactly the same, I was there as they promised between 10:15am and 1:15pm, UPS changed the delivery time AFTER the initial window had passed. They also wanted me to pay extra to change the delivery location to a UPS store. UPS sent the shipment back to Remedy Liquor and I contacted the seller explaining what had happened. Once they received the returned shipment from UPS they credited my account MINUS the shipping and 5% "RESTOCKING" fee. So they basically pocket ~$50. I again explained what had happened and sent them screenshots from my phone of the UPS tracking with the initial delivery window and the changed times. Remedy Liquor did not even acknowledge they had received my request for a full refund. For a company that sells expensive spirits, you'll think they provide better service and customer support. Now I order my cognac directly from France and pay a little more (total extra $30 for a 4 bottle order compared with Remedy Liquor price) but I would rather not give my money to a company that does not stand behind their customers. That was my last order from them. Also my friends stopped ordering from them. Do not use this company, it will be an expensive mistake and headache. Bad karma Remedy Liquor

They sell fake or damaged Yamazaki. Do NOT order anything expensive. The Tequila & Mezcal I got were great... but still out a lot of money.

I have ordered several times online and this place rocks. Great prices and the care taken on packing bottles is top notch. It may take a few days to ship, usually 1-3 but wow do they do nice job with online orders. My biggest concern with ordering good bourbon is will it show up not broken or leaking. After 15 bottles ordered I can say I fully recommend this online liquor company. Thank you remedy for everything. SMOOTH transactions!

I have placed 3 orders with them the first 2 were fine but the third I received the wrong bottles and have not had a response in over a week of trying to reach them via phone and E-mail. so it took them 29 days to reply and offer me $5 off my next order.......wow very disappointed in this company

I have used this company twice to order Bourbon and both times I had no issues, the bottles were nicely packaged. I will keep purchasing from them and also would recommend them.
