I have ordered from Remedy three times to date and have had no issues with delivery (on time, well packaged, etc.). I called their customer service department (only because I was having issues checking out -- I live in an area that shares a zip code between 3 towns, my issue -- not theirs). Customer service rep was excellent. She figured out the issue and sent me a direct invoice to get around the shipping glitch. Items arrived quickly and in great condition. Would order again.

Recently placed a large order, prior to reading some of the negative reviews. So was a little nervous with what would happen. After three business days I was notified that a partial shipment was being sent out and the remainder were still being prepared. The initial shipment was about a third of my total order and was being shipped from one of their stores closer to my area. So that was the first positive thing that there was no additional shipping costs and they were sending out what was immediately available. Received the first shipment and the packaging (individual, plastic suitcase-like wrapping) was superb, and the products were as described with no damage. Today, received the remainder of my order, with the same exceptional packaging. No complaints…thank you Remedy Liquor.

Top shelf booze at low shelf prices! Complaints on here seem to be about breakage, slow shipping and communication. I paid $2.25 for Package Protection - all came PERFECTLY. I paid $174, including S&H, and saved $105 on same bottles local! VERY VERY pleased! My only complaint; it took 2 weeks to arrive. The FedEx tracking # provided was wrong (so I logged into my FedEx account for correct #). No way to SPEAK to them. Listed phone number is only a message "please email". Will I continue to buy from Remedy? - ABSOLUTELY!!!

I have ordered several times online and this place rocks. Great prices and the care taken on packing bottles is top notch. It may take a few days to ship, usually 1-3 but wow do they do nice job with online orders. My biggest concern with ordering good bourbon is will it show up not broken or leaking. After 15 bottles ordered I can say I fully recommend this online liquor company. Thank you remedy for everything. SMOOTH transactions!
