Ordered previously no issues. Pre-order scheduled to ship Mid November 2026. Delayed and shipped in December. We were out of the country and could not receive the package. ICustomer Service was contacted about situation via black hole they call a website contact us link. Goods shipped back it appeasrs. NO REPLY. NO GOODS, and no satisfaction. REMEDY has been ok previously but ZERO customer service when something happens!

I have ordered several times from this company and never had a problem before. Unfortunately, this time the packaging was very poorly done. The bottle itself arrived intact, but the box was completely crushed because it was packed in a very tight plastic wrapper with no proper protection. I pay for shipping protection and insurance precisely to avoid issues like this, and I was very disappointed to receive a damaged box. Since I collect these bottles, the condition of the box is just as important as the bottle itself. This was not what I paid for, and I expected much better care in packaging.

They sell fake or damaged Yamazaki. Do NOT order anything expensive. The Tequila & Mezcal I got were great... but still out a lot of money.

I have placed 3 orders with them the first 2 were fine but the third I received the wrong bottles and have not had a response in over a week of trying to reach them via phone and E-mail. so it took them 29 days to reply and offer me $5 off my next order.......wow very disappointed in this company
