Don’t buy from them! Wasted a lot of money. Ordered a bottle for my wife they sent it through FedEx. FedEx on delivery writes bottle broke cannot deliver. Never got refunded both from Remedy nor for the 25 bucks shipping from FedEx. I hope this helps others not to be scammed.

Based on my horrible experience, I believe this business has ZERO integrity. In my case, I purchased a Michter's sour mash bundle or two regular sour mash bottles and one sour mash barrel strength. Guess which bottle I did NOT get? When I bring the issue to their attention, they have NO desire to resolve the issue. They simply state that I received the right products. HOW? When you have an extra ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS and the BOTTLE in INVENTORY? Steer clear of this store!

Poor customer service. Shipment arrived missing more than half of the order. Eventhough insurance had been purchased, my order still has not been replaced. There is no phone number for customer service; You have to file a claim via email and it takes days to get your email answered. So disappointed. I dont know when I would get my money back. Gonna file a dispute with my credit card issuer. Not recommending this place!!!

If I could less than 1 star I would. I did not receive what I ordered. Sent pictures of the order. Was told that their warehouse shipped correctly. My photo absolutely showed what I unpacked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Remedy liquor did a presale on line for the wild turkey gold foil. The charged my card over a month ago then this week emailed me some BS lie about one of their packages being damaged. If this was true the distributor would have made the order whole. Being in the alcohol business for over 10 years I know this is a crap excuse. They over sold their presale allocation, didn’t get the number of bottles they thought they were, kept customers money for a month and simply offers them an I’m sorry and a canceled order. No here is a gift card for the inconvenience, here are some more allocated bottles we could offer you, nothing but poor customer service. I will be sure to include this negative review on every site possible, as well as within the numerous bourbon groups im in and share my experience on the bourbon pod cast I’m in. DONT BUY FROM REMEDY. They take your money and give your BS excuse when your bottles don’t arrive. Don’t believe me read the numerous reviews here and on FB of how they have screwed customers over. It also states in your email there is no estimated restock date. So remedy plans to keep your money for another 1, 2, maybe 6 months before they restock. Sounds like a great company to do business with. They can keep their product and their poor customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order for two bottles of Patron EL Alto Tequila. Never received the shipment because it was damaged in transit. Remedy verified with FedEx; it was a total loss. But because I had it to be held at an access point, they claim I voided my protection plan. How was it damaged in transit never made it to the access point. Mind you, I had a previous order that a bottle crok was damaged and one bottle was not received. They only offer a store credit. That should have been my sign. Now, because I requested a chargeback for the damaged order. Remedy sent me an email thst said my account was deviated.

Unacceptable experience with an online order from Remedy Liquor. I ordered 6 bottles and package protection. UPS damaged the shipment en route, self-reported their damage, and Remedy refuses to apply the package protection to replace this order. They claim I voided the protection because I elected to pick up the package after a missed delivery attempt. The package never made it to the pickup point. Avoid this scammer retailer.

Buyer beware. I received my order, which I specifically ordered for the limited edition cooler that came with the bottle. The cooler arrived cracked and remedyliquor refused to mitigate the situation: “I've reviewed the details of your order and the photo of the damaged cooler with our team. While I understand it's disappointing to find a crack in the gift box, we are unable to offer a replacement or coverage for this. Our records show that package protection was not purchased for this order. Furthermore, even in cases where protection is active, it is designed to cover the spirits themselves rather than the decorative gift boxes or coolers.”
