This is a Scam – avoid at all costs.
Very poor quality and misleading business practices. I purchased orthopedic shoes for my child from Reliefly and was shocked by the quality. The shoes were made of very cheap materials, poorly constructed, and badly designed. They looked more like plastic toy shoes than legitimate orthopedic footwear and were completely unsuitable for a child. The product did not match the description or images on their website. When I attempted to return the shoes, the company made the process unnecessarily difficult by repeatedly requesting photos and detailed explanations, delaying responses, and eventually becoming unresponsive. A refund was never provided. Based on my experience, once Reliefly receives your payment, you are stuck with whatever they send you. I strongly caution other consumers to think twice before ordering from this company.
