I ordered the unit to help with my sore shoulder but it's been almost 3 weeks and the unit according to the tracking number maybe in the air or in some place near the airport. I would give you a review but I have to get the Reliefly 1st. Update 1/15/25: the unit arrived today and I was able to use it. So far, seems like it's working as designed.

Very nice device. Need to adjust velcro so it fits snug to your shoulder but once you get it fitted right, it works great

I am very happy with this shoulder heat and massage. It has helped me greatly with the pain caused by frozen shoulder.

The shoulder massage and heat are just what was advertised. It is helping with the pain and hopefully doing some healing.
