My husband bought me this device because of my shoulder pain . It was awful and I couldn’t use my arm. I began using the device, and my arm is already feeling a lot better!! I actually put my arm up and it didn’t jolt me back with pain!!! I’m going to keep using this very helpful tool!!

The ordering system is horrible, there’s no way to order one device only. They always include 3 devices, seems like a scam. If you have been only to order one device, you are lucky, give me your secret to crack this awful ordering system!

I couldn’t contact anyone. I tried to call your voicemail box was full. Nobody just picked up. I emailed and never got a response back. I was thinking this can’t be a legit business. Very poor customer service.
