Due to years of lying on my side and supporting my upper body weight with my left elbow, my shoulder muscles and joint became very sore. Awkward to put on. Awkward to activate and read the dial/control. Even the instructions indicate it may be easier for some people to look in the mirror to operate the controls. Here's an idea....don't make it that way. Everyone nees to see the controls, why make it so difficult? I thought I was getting something special. Instaed I got a heating pad with a built in "Tens" pulsator. I have both of these already, didn't need a combo pack that is awkward to put on and use.

Since I have been using the Heating Massage Shoulder Pad I’m feeling much better with my shoulder, still bothering but not as much as before . I hope as I continue to use it will get much better. I’m very satisfied with it
