Pain in shoulder virtually gone. Had been fighting it for almost 2 years

The shoulder unit is great, helps me a lot. I've ordered the neck and back units and am awaiting delivery.

The purchasing experience went great. Shipping was quick and the ahoulder wrap is as described. I’m unsure how much the therapy is helping long term. If I am hurting and unable to sleep using the heat, infrared, and massage does seem to help. I probably should have gone to a doctor sooner after my accident.

I still haven’t received my order

It did not work for me, Im having a hard time getting a refund, not as easy as it says on commercial, they want me to take a video, pictures and send to them, they also want me to pay costumes, they are NOT in the USA

I bought this for my husband about 15 weeks after his rotator cuff surgery because he was still experiencing a lot of pain, especially after doing too much physical activity with that arm. It gives him a lot of relief at the end of the day and he does not feel the pain in the morning.

I was hesitant to try this product. I was going to return it once I received it. Instead, I gave it a try because I have severe pain in both shoulders when reaching for something up high or down low. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I am receiving relief in both my shoulders. As of this time I highly recommend this product. I am hoping though it is just not masking the problem I have with my shoulders.

I’ve only used it a week and it already seems to be working. Little bit awkward to get it fitted but I’m getting the hang of it.
