THE COMPANY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD THE DAY NY ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE ITEM WEAS ON BACKORDER WHICH MEANT THE CREDIT CARD BILLING WAS FOR THE PART WAS RECEIVED TO BE PAID BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED. BILLING SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED UNTIL IT WAS SHIPPED.

Paid for 2 day service. Shipping label missed address information and ended up receiving parts 10 days later. Ilustration on part ordered (capacitor ) showed the diode attached. Part received did not have the diode. Paid $100 bucks for a fuse , incomplete capacitor and delayed delivery.

GE was out of the inner glass for my oven, you guys had it and at a better price. FedEx delivered it very very quickly, awesome!

Part was affordable and was ready at the counter when I went to pick up later in the day. Part ordered matched my old part exactly. I had it shipped to the local store, I received email saying part was ready for pickup. I went next morning when local store opened, was told that part was loaded on truck in Portland and would arrive later that day, so I had to go back again to pick it up. Otherwise went well.
