I ordered a Bosch dishwasher repair part from Reliable Parts on October 10, paying $54.92 including shipping. The part was needed to repair my broken dishwasher. After more than a week with no delivery, I checked the USPS tracking information, which indicated that USPS had never received the package. I contacted Reliable Parts on October 19. They claimed the package had shipped but suggested USPS had failed to scan it. They opened a lost-package investigation but could provide no confirmation that USPS actually had the package. I requested that they either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Instead, I was told the investigation could take up to eight additional days and that I would have to wait for its conclusion before receiving a refund. Their suggestion, if I needed the part sooner, was to place and pay for another order! In other words, after waiting 11 days for a part I desperately needed, their solution was to make me wait even longer or spend more money with them. I understand that shipping problems happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Reliable Parts chose to make its shipping problem my problem rather than take responsibility for getting the merchandise I paid for into my hands. I've now decided to pursue a credit card dispute rather than continue dealing with this company. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be ordering from Reliable Parts again.

The part is correct and arrives on time. An easy fix for the appliance for $27; a new one will be $729.

Have not received purchased product. You should offer other shipping options such as Priority Post. Advamtage is ground shipping which is delivered by slow boat to Hawaii, taking up to a month for delivery. Priority Post as an economical way to get air shipping.

The item ordered was small and relatively inexpensive. It was out of stock at the manufacturers and was unable to order from them. So i turned to my previously used Reliable Parts and there i could place an order and i received it in a timely fashion. Thank You!!
