Super late and not on time.still waiting for my parts

The part I paid for was supposed to be a factory certified part and it wasn’t. Someone just cut out a piece from the box of an original part and taped it to the box you sent.

I really don't know because it's taking along time.I haven't received my order yet.

I recieved item relatively quick. It was for a under microwave light on my LG microwave. 26$ with the shipping. The light did not burn out but one wire disconnected inside the bulb with in 90day. It was covered under my 30 day warranty. How ever the requested exreamly excusive about of information that was just unnecessary. And most of the information they had on file. They just intended to make the process more difficult than need be. In the end it wasnt worth my time, and decided to not uses there services in the future
