Original part arrived with a crack in it.

Sent as expected. Tracking was not easy- but no other issues, everything else went as expected. New drum for washing machine rvcd and installed without problems.

THE COMPANY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD THE DAY NY ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE ITEM WEAS ON BACKORDER WHICH MEANT THE CREDIT CARD BILLING WAS FOR THE PART WAS RECEIVED TO BE PAID BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED. BILLING SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED UNTIL IT WAS SHIPPED.

Part ordered matched my old part exactly. I had it shipped to the local store, I received email saying part was ready for pickup. I went next morning when local store opened, was told that part was loaded on truck in Portland and would arrive later that day, so I had to go back again to pick it up. Otherwise went well.

They usually have all the parts you need. Counter help is quite friendly. They get orders prepped in a timely manner. What more can you ask for in an appliance store... Oh I know the ability to return parts...

I ordered a Bosch part, a plastic filter cover for my dryer. I spent $30 and when the part did not fit as the dimensions were off. I mailed the part back and was reimbursed a little over $1.00.

Was easy to order.

These people were helpful in finding out why there was such a long delay in receiving the parts we ordered. We had been informed that half of our order had been delivered but had no deliveries or parts. Paid extra for second day air but only one of two pieces actually showed that. Both parts eventually arrived in good condition. Well packaged although a bit dirty.
