Please please please please do NOT get the regal unlimited! They will keep taking your money and won’t stop. I got regal unlimited, only wanted it for 3 months. I didn’t realize they were going to charge me again, so I didn’t say anything until it was too late. My husband canceled my subscription and they still renewed it and charged. WARNING stay far away from their passes. It’s all money making and they won’t stop. Please save yourselfs and don’t make the same mistake like I did. You will feel like they stole from you, please please please stay away from them!

Great value but Regal has many issues with its app and billing. We were charged 5 separate times in one month for the 2 memberships we have. They make it very difficult to correct any issues and there is no way to speak to anyone... you must use the "contact us" page that is hidden at the bottom of the benefits page. Extremally frustrating and not customer friendly.

Avoid their subscription program at all cost. There's no way to cancel and they'll advertise a "free" trial that locks you into a three month subscription afterwards. They refuse to do refunds and the customer service feels like you're speaking with a robot that only exists to copy/paste messages that translate to "lol sucks to be you" in layman's terms.

Always enjoyed our visits here. Great pricing and Friendly staff too!

My wife and I usually go to this theater. That may change after tonight. Ticket taker inside was a disheveled greasy haired young man that was unmasked during this latest surge of the pandemic. Theaters complain about attendance, and then mismanage like this. Goodby for a while! Location Wilmington NC

You can never get through to customer service. I signed up for the Regal unlimited and paid faithfully without using it through the pandemic. I finally stop paying after having it a year and barely using it. After being offered to get it started again I decided to start it back up and they charged me 3 times in the same day for the last months that I didn’t have access to the plan and I had deactivated it. They charge you for some movies that are standard and they always charge a processing fee for every movie you watch. Then you can’t ever get in touch with anyone when you have a dispute. Not to mention being charged for one of the standard movies I booked that day. I will be reporting them to the BBB for their predatory practices. Do not trust this company with your card information. They will continuously charge you and when you have a dispute they are not available. Now I will have to file a dispute with my bank.

I was trying to buy tickets for over an hour straight every time I get to checkout it kicks because the timer for the site times out. This was done on edge, chrome, and the app. On my last attempt after over an hour the seats I want are gone. Thanks Regal, I won't be coming back.

Regal Cinemas is truly an AWFUL company. I haven't been able to speak to anyone in over a year. All customer service is done via email in which it takes them forever to respond. Don't EVER do an unlimited plan. I bought mine in Feb 2020...one month before covid hit. They shut down the theater in Augusta, Maine in which i attended. I then proceed to move to a city that doesn't have a regal within an hour. They STILL proceed to charge both my spouse and I $21.00 each per month until our "12 months" is over. REGAL. I didn't shut down your theaters. My plan should have been completed in 12 months...Jan 2021... yet your greedy unfair tactics still charge me. I write very few reviews. But honestly, this is borderline theft.
