The process was very quick, the only problem I had was uploading a picture, had to repeat the steps 3 times while on the phone with Regions. The person on the phone was very patient and helpful. I believe her name was Amanda, so 5 stars for her as well!!!

The process was so easy and quick. The only thing I would have wanted was an option to select the payment due date and I never did see that. A personal friend of mine who works at Regions suggested I look at the personal loan site and walked me through the first steps. Much credit to R. Jackson for leading me to this easy process.

Worst bank. ATM NEVER works, the app also never works...& they admit to having problens...& they charge you for a mini statement at the ATM. IR THE ATM won't allow you to take out over $800 of your own money b/c it doesn't have enough in the ATM. THIS during a pandemic on a 4th of July holiday wknd. This ATM never works or has little $$ in it & the Mgr admits this!! smh...In Florida, hands down the Worst Bank, Ever. Extremely poor customer service, NO TRANSPARENCY & nefarious agents answering 800 #. They ALSO VIOLATE FEDERAL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES WHEN IT COMES TO DISPUTES & HAS A POOR RATING LOCALLY, REGIONALLY, & NATIONALLY!! BE AWARE & DO NOT BANK WITH THIS CHAIN!!
