This was a very simple, quick and pleasant loan experience! Now I can pay off all my credit cards and save a ton of interest!! Regions is my bank for everything else as well and they are always easy to access for all my accounts. Thank you again Regions.

I called to get a random Zelle hold on my account lifted. I spent over 1 hour on the phone, and then when I mentioned that to the 4th operator, they decided to laugh and hang up on me. I have never been so disrespected. I will never bank here again. They obviously don't care about how there employees address the customers.

Great experience and, so far, very easy and efficient. I called customer service and worked with Ashton...she was great to work with and helped me navigate what I needed to complete on line. Lisa

I had the most efficient intro customer service. I think her name was Catherine. She did everything she could possibly but there was a slight delay with manager. But she kept on top of it and get him on the line.
