Sent payment on time as usual but due…
Sent payment on time as usual but due to well known postal service late deliveries it was received by the bank 2 days later. They charged me late fee which I requested be canceled and the bank refused it. Have credit card for more than 15 years with this bank always paid on time. Double standard that they offer relief due to covid-19 pandemic but cannot approve late fee on customer that has been them for more than 15 years. Previously tried to earn get points with credit card and was told that my credit card was too old. Was bounced from one dept to another until I hang up in frustration. Poor customer service, poor human service. Loosing customer not using there services anymore. Had it with this bank
