My mom is 95 and gravely ill. So my sister and I went to the bank. Took my mother's name off her account. My sister was already on the account. They add me on the account. I even have legal papers state that my brother and I will be POA. I gave the manager a copy. It's written up by a lawyer state that I have the right to transfer and withdrawal money from the account. But on July 6,2021. I went try to transfer money from the account to a checking account. The lady at the table told me that the people at the window can help me. I told them that I need to transfer money to an account. Show them an id. They refuse the transfer. Don't know why? My name is on the account. We taken my mom off the account.

Horrible bank to deal with. Signed up with a promotional offer and never received the deposit bonus of $200. I had to make 10 transactions from the date of opening and my tenth transaction evidently posted 1 day too late. The transaction was made it the right time but took 1 day late to post. Really? Costumer service was bad!

I have been trying daily to reach the credit card department and a LIVE person for 5 days. I have yet to get through with on hold times of 17-29 minutes each call and still NO one answers. How do they stay in business with such poor service? I will be closing my credit card soon. Ridiculous!! No other credit card I have operates in this manner. You people need help and I'm talking to senior management. CEO? COO?

Don't try to call customer service. I have call with a small problem and after 40min hold I finally got thru. I explained my problem and she put me on a "brief" hold. It's now been 50 mins and still on hold. Maybe she went to lunch. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

My husband and I went to Regions Bank in Alabama and had the BEST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MS. DEE ANDREWS. The care that we received was and is OUTSTANDING. Her manager KEVIN is and was OUTSTANDING as well. The branch in general as well as the other employees are VERY POLISHED. We were greeted as soon as we entered the bank. TONI is the first professional that we had encounter with who then sent us to DEE ANDREWS. We spent a lengthy time there but receiving knowledgeable information made the experience worth the time. We love REGIONS AND ESPECIALLY THAT BRANCH. It was truly a blessing to be there.

I have the worst expereice with Regions Bank . I got my pay off balance from their automated service and paid it off my card in full. 6 months later, I received a letter notifying me that my account was sent for collection with a balance of $12.50. I realized how badly they destroyed my excellent credit. and called regions right away,. The agent I spoke with told me that $3.00 was remaining when I paid off, and I have been being assessed $1.50 interest on the $3.00. And by the time I called, it had reached $14.50. I paid that to regain my credit.

This bank sucks !! Cant help with anything I was charged a over draft fee overnight and they couldn’t tell me why if I had money In my account when I fell asleep ?? Doesn’t make any sense

I’ve been with Regions for about a year now and have never had any issues. I’ve made many changes to my accounts, called multiple times and went to the physical bank near me multiple times for assistance. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant and solved any issue I’ve had. There’s so much customization when it comes to how you want your accounts set up and the online banking is very easy to use. My husband loves it so much he’s switching over too!
