By far, the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Every single time I have ever had a dispute with any merchant they send me a letter in the mail a few weeks later stating "sorry but we have determined that no error has occurred" and "have a nice day!" Not that I am a big fan of Wells Fargo either, but anytime I have ever had an issue with a merchant, they instantly credit my account the amount, do their OWN investigation, and send me a letter stating it has been all taken care of. Avoid Regions Bank at all cost!!! NEGATIVE 11 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!

The worst bank ever. Region y’all are thieves. Y’all are stealing hard working peoples money. One minute you have a certain amount and the next a different when you steady keeping up with what you spend and constantly checking your account. Y’all think y’all slick. Y’all steal when items are pending then when everything pend off y’all change dates and amounts with this formula y’all done created. Lawsuit coming soon. Bye Regions

I am really having worst banking experience as well as customer service with this bank. I deposit my money in this bank and they are charging for no reason. And ATM is 9/10 time don’t work.

Worst customer service ever, it takes forever to get someone on the line and they transfer you to someone else who is in the wrong department and round and round we go. Total waste of time. Run from this bank.

Wasted at least a hour and a half of my time and nothing that I needed to get fixed got fixed they kept transferring me to people and had me wait for 30 minutes each time for no reason.

Initially, I felt that this was a good bank, but after being with them for a for a few months my perception has changed. I started a 3rd business account with them because I had received a promotion in the mail. With the promotion I received you had to have 10 transactions posted to your account within 60 days. Since this account was secondary it took a while for me to get use to using it. I actually made 11 purchases in that time frame. Two of them pended for about 5 days or so, which I thought was highly unusual. The last two posted the day after the promotion was over. I ended up with only 9 transactions posted according to them. I spoke with customer service and several bankers and still have not received the promotion. Then the branch manager where I opened my account was no longer there, so I just got tired of going around in circles. If you thinking of opening the account based on a promotion, you may want to think twice. Other then this the staff were professional and they have a lot of branches near me.

Worst freakin bank in the world

My mother had an automobile financed through Regions 6 years ago, and never received my lien release, so she can't request a clear title from the DMV. My mother has cancer and is in hospice. I have POA for her and have called (and pushed buttons, and waited, and been directed to numerous departments) three times about this only to be told that the loan could not be looked up. This is RIDICULOUS - the worst customer service I have encountered. After calling, you can't speak immediately to a person, but must go through menus, waits, intermediate people, transfers, etc. When you FINALLY are able to speak to someone, you can't even get your customer service rep's last name so you can make notes accurately!
