Sales Misrepresented Delivery Process
Regal Floors is a drop shipping company and they take no responsibility for your order once you've signed their sales contract (make sure to read this carefully and you'll understand what I'm talking about). There's nothing illegal or inherently wrong about what Regal Floors is doing, but you should know that their "delivery estimates" can be severely inaccurate and they will do very little to help resolve shipping delays. I finally got a tracking number after 10 business days and was able to get a professional, conservative estimate from the freight company that totals 12-15 business days. Bottom line: Regal Floors has good prices, but order well in advance of when you need the materials and be prepared to do some proactive work to be sure your order gets to you. Advice to Regal: Train your sales associates to set realistic expectations about delivery. I totally understand your contract says 7-10 business days, so your sales associates should not be saying misleading things like: "this particular vendor never takes longer than 5 business days" or "this order will be at your house by Friday at the very latest." I still would have ordered from y'all if your team had said: "we honestly have zero control of the shipping process, but most of our orders are delivered between 7-10 business days."

Hello Sawyer, Allow me to apologize for what was a less than satisfactory buying experience. This particular situation was a one off with this vendor, Daltile, who is generally very punctual with their deliveries. If I may, I'd like to address a few of the claims in the review. The order was signed on the 22nd of October and picked up today which was the 8th business day from the date the of contract. I show it has an estimated delivery of Wednesday, November 6th, which would be 10 business days from the date of the signed contract. I have personally reached out to the carrier to ensure that this date is met. Second, we are not strictly a drop shipping company. We have three warehouses nationwide where we stock roughly 100,000 square feet of material. Unfortunately, with over 40,000 SKUs on our website, it would be impossible to stock everything we sell. Lastly, our terms and conditions do state in section 8 that "Regal cannot control the schedule or timing of the actual delivery". 99% of our orders are delivered without delay, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this one makes it on time.
