I contacted Regal Flooring looking for wood floors that were showing unavailable on their website. Dennis was extremely friendly, courteous and supportive. He put me on a brief hold and called the supplier directly to get an update. After determining when the material would be in stock, Dennis quoted me an exceptional price and followed up consistently to make sure I got what I needed. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so considering how fantastic the service was and the result.

I don’t understand why I had to rush to pick up? That location is massive it could have waited until Tuesday when I was prepared to go down there. Instead I had to make extra 98 miles one way trip because I was told it needed to be pick up ASAP! It is the correct tile and the guy was nice that loaded it into my pickup. But again told I had to rush down the next day was a little off putting.
