Regal Floor CoveringsReviews of regalfloorcoverings.com

I worked with Dennis on my order of Bedrosians Zenia Solar and Moon Matte tile. He was gracious and very good at communicating to me about my order as I was awaiting delivery. I'd called other tile distributors and did not get the same courteous customer service, nor were they able to locate the tile I was looking for within the timeline I had to work (and the pricing was the best I could find!). So kudos to Dennis and Regal Floor Coverings! Thank you very much, we're very happy with our tile. Now on to getting it installed!

Made an online order for flooring. Sales rep was helpful and efficient. Told me everything I needed to make a smart purchase. The entire process was painless. Would do business here next time.

Regal Floor Coverings was a very smooth and transparent experience. Dave was in constant communication, giving me the best price on hardwood flooring and then working with us to return boxes that we purchased too much of. They were flexible, professional and the floors look beautiful. Highly recommend Regal and especially Dave S.!!

Dennis was amazing!!! Great price and awesome service.

Fantastic Customer Serivce Alfonzo was wonderful to work with on my purchase of vinyl plank flooring. He helped me in adjusting flooring amounts and took my various calls on transition pieces to make sure that my order was correct. What was amazing was that he remembered me each time I called. He treated me with kindness and respect.

Haven't received my order yet but David was thorough when placing my order and said to expect my flooring within 12 days.

I talked with Denis, who is so helpful and so nice. I definitely recommend.

Excellent service so far, but I just signed the purchase documents yesterday. One suggestion, the purchase document should include the delivery location which I included in a return email. Otherwise, very pleased. Jim Ross
