RegalCoinsReviews of regalcoins.us

I’m new to the site, but so far, I really like it. They have great games to play, and they give you free sc daily just for logging in. Highly recommend you try it out

After writing a bad review they finally verified me yet when I went to redeem they denied it after making me wait a week. Starting to lose hope in the brand and just want to be paid out for what I am owed and then I will change my review. It is unforunate that they do not allow you to redeem or verify easily as this website would be amazing. Hopefully they fix my new redemption and approve it rather than denying it for no reason. Update- They have requested for more information and after giving it to them I have not heard back at all. I am starting to lose faith in the brand even though I would 100% deposit again if this were to be fixed. Hoping for better news soon and if fixed the review will be changed

I’ve been waiting on KYC for nearly two weeks. I’ve emailed support about a week ago and did not receive a response. The games are good and they have good bonuses, but waiting 2+ weeks for KyC is crazy. If you guys will process my withdraw + KYC I’ll change my review Update: KYC was approved and now waiting on redemption to be approved, thanks!

Its been a week plus and i keep getting the same message over and over contacted through email and no response. Through chat they say its gonna be fowarded and it will be done today or in the morning i just want my money. Crazy how the deposit which is taking ur money is instant but when it’s time to redeem what u earned u cant. (Can i please get help) Update- i got verified once i get my redmption i will update rating! Update- I got my redemption 1 week after redeeming .

My KYC verification was approved within a week but I forgot to upload a picture of myself holding my debit card and now I have been waiting for a couple weeks to have that approved. I heard back yesterday from someone and I am confident they will get it taken care of so I can receive my redemption. The games are great and I look forward to playing on Regal coins again. Update/ my account did finally fully get verified, thankfully! and then I picked crypto as the redemption method because I was under the impression it would be instant, but now I’m waiting for the redemption to be approved which can take 5 business days. I go on vacation in two days, and I was hoping to have the money before I go. I didn’t think it would take over a month between verification and redemption. I'm still hanging on to hope. Who knows maybe I will get lucky and have my redemption before my trip. They did come through with verification on my KYC after they responded and said they would.

im trying to get my account verified an i cant get a response from any via email or live chat. its been over four days. if i get verified i will give a better review but until then i recommend staying away from this site. communication sucks.

it has been two weeks since my redemption was approved but still no funds in my account.

My verification process has been pending for 10 days now and I have contacted support twice since then (once 3 or 4 days ago and once 1 day ago) and i have not even gotten an acknowledgement from anyone. I worry they have no customer support. If i get verified and if my redemption is a reasonably speedy process, I'll change my rating. Also there is no daily reward to be found even though i have spent money on this site. Update: they contacted me finally about the corrections i needed to make. It is now 10/06 and I immediately fixed what they said and replied back on 9/28. Its clear they treat it like a brand new verification process. Its very likely they only sped up the original process because i rated them. This site has the longest response time I've ever seen from any business. Theres no such thing as speedy verification
