Customer service was fast. And redemption took about a week to get approved but when it did it was instant to my account.

Customer Service was great. My KYC took awhile but I eventually passed . Waiting on redemption now let’s see how long that takes 🙏🏾

I'm apologizing to Regal Coins, I made a mistake about the verification process. I read the selfie part wrong, I did go and fix it with my ID in my selfie. Hopefully with that done we can move on with the process. I also deleted the bad reviews I gave you. So far great platform

Claire was able to expedite my verification process after I reached out about the status. Very impressed with how courteously and professionally I was treated.

From what I am seeing this verification process is longer than any other one I have had along with asking for tax documents to verify my identity. It’s been multiple days and I still haven’t been verified and I doubt I will ever see my $1600. I want to withdraw $1000 and play with the rest I will update my rating when I get verified and receive my money at the minimum. After seeing reviews from Amy for example who has been goin through the same issue and you guys have been putting the money back into her account without redeeming the money and ignoring her emails this is a really big red flag that she hasn’t gotten her money in a month and now I’m worried the same will happen to me. Will gladly update to 5 stars if I get verified and even get half the withdrawal amount from my $1600 that is owed to me. UPDATE: 9/3/2026 I got verified! Now it made me withdraw maximum $1000 with $20 fee but as long as I truly get the money that’s all I care about. Will update to 5 stars if I end up getting the money! UPDATE 9/8/2026 I GOT MY FIRST REDEMPTION FOR $1000 waiting on my other 600 now but I’m very pleased to see they actually ended up paying !!!

*Final Update* The whole process has taken about a week from verification to final payout....but I received my redemption today. I assume because they are a new platform the process takes much longer. Daily redemption limit is $1000.00. There is a processing fee of $20.00. $980 landed in my account today. Throuout this time I sent 4 emails with no response but I DID receive prompt responses and updates on Facebook Messenger after deciding to reach out there. I was skeptical at first, as this whole process doesn't nirmally take this long but RegalCoins followed through. I am appreciative of the help I received from whoever runs their messenger. I have updated my review to 5 stars. *update #1* After i messaged them asking to please verify my account so i am able to redeem, I was messaged back late this morning being told "you can be sure it will be done during the day" I will happily give 5 stars once the verification and redemtion is completed. *Original post* I will say, they have a very large array of games which is great. Like most other reviews state, their time for verification is horrible!! I have been trying to redeem for 3 days. I totally understand the verification process but this is rediculous. Initially it wouldn't accept my ID photos or uploads. I had to Google to find out why. Turns out, newer phones send photos over their max limit. This morning I sent other photos and am still waiting to be verified. Their verification platform needs to be adjusted fast, if they want to bring new players in. If it weren't for this process I would give 5 stars. I love all the games and its just overall fun to play. I will update this review once (IF) Become verified and am able to redeem.
