I’ve been waiting on KYC for nearly two weeks. I’ve emailed support about a week ago and did not receive a response. The games are good and they have good bonuses, but waiting 2+ weeks for KyC is crazy. If you guys will process my withdraw + KYC I’ll change my review Update: KYC was approved and now waiting on redemption to be approved, thanks!

My KYC verification was approved within a week but I forgot to upload a picture of myself holding my debit card and now I have been waiting for a couple weeks to have that approved. I heard back yesterday from someone and I am confident they will get it taken care of so I can receive my redemption. The games are great and I look forward to playing on Regal coins again. Update/ my account did finally fully get verified, thankfully! and then I picked crypto as the redemption method because I was under the impression it would be instant, but now I’m waiting for the redemption to be approved which can take 5 business days. I go on vacation in two days, and I was hoping to have the money before I go. I didn’t think it would take over a month between verification and redemption. I'm still hanging on to hope. Who knows maybe I will get lucky and have my redemption before my trip. They did come through with verification on my KYC after they responded and said they would.

So far, all the reviews have been true. The verification process is excruciatingly long. Its been a week and all my documents are still pending. After chatting with a representative, Im being told they should be done reviewing it by tomorrow. Other than the long wait to verify, the site is nice and the games are abundant. Ill update my review after verification process is through and redemption has been processed. Review update! Site is legit. I did receive redemption, and it really didn't take THAT long. It took less than two full weeks, which is a definite plus. Especially being on the new side of town. I personally have yet to deposit again, but its greater a possibility.

Update: I have recently got in-contact with Claire and she has noted and put me into a priority for the being able to verify my account - hopefully everything said in done everything is okay After I played through and have made 337, I am now stuck waiting for my information to finally be ‘reviewed’. The KYC is lackluster and takes a tremendously long time. I have submitted my documents and it has been over 10 business days. ITs a shame so many good machines on this site, just no help at all! I’m willing to update and change my review if provided help…

After I made a request for a redemption I'm no longer able to activate any games. I could only request $1,000 for redemption and still have over $660 to play with. Which does me no good because I cannot get any games to activate. I sent three emails and just found them in my failed to send section. So the email they provided for support does not exist. I clicked on the little conversation bubble and it brings me right back to the previous page. I tried entering my name and email on the help page and it brings me right back to the lobby. I was enjoying their site till I tried to make a redemption and everything that could go wrong, is going wrong. I'm very disappointed because I thought this would be a very fun site to visit often and now I'm just really mad. Maybe someone else will have better luck but I don't recommend it. How do I respond to any comments on regalcoins when my emails don't go through and the live chat option isn't an option? I can't send or receive ( I haven't received any emails) any messages. I finally got through!! I only gave a 4 star right now because they are going to fix the problems. When they are done I will give 5 stars.

Don’t waste your time with this casino the verification process alone takes forever. I have waited a week and still haven’t been verified even after contacting support multiple times. I don’t even wanna know how long it will take to receive the money. I suggest playing almost any other casino. I would consider changing my review if I ever receive my money. Update: they didn’t pay me rather quickly after writing my review. I would give the site 5 stars but having to trouble myself to hassle support is my only negative. Great game selection and did pay out.
